Cancel through the App Store: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Moromoro → Cancel Subscription.
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Use the steps above.
Refunds are decided by Apple; we cannot process them. Please request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Some figures are machine estimates, so they can miss. Tap a record to correct it. Corrections are used to improve later recognition.
Records are stored on your device. Deleting the app deletes them too. We keep no backup, so they cannot be restored.
Writing to the calendar needs permission. Check Settings → Moromoro → Calendar.
Proper nouns are the hardest part. Correct one once and it is more likely to be recognised next time. You can also turn AI sorting on or off in Settings.
