These terms govern your use of the iOS app "Moromoro" (the "App"), provided by FUJIRI Inc. By using the App, you agree to these terms.
| Type | Auto-renewing subscription |
|---|---|
| Free trial | 7 days, first time only, offered as an App Store introductory offer |
| Price | As shown on the purchase screen in the App (varies by region) |
| Renewal | Renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period |
| Payment | Charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase |
Cancel through the App Store. Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Refunds follow Apple's terms. We cannot process refunds ourselves. Please contact App Store support.
You can use the App without a subscription, within the usage limits shown in the App. We may change those limits.
Viewing records you have already saved is never limited, with or without a subscription.
Categories, amounts, dates, and calorie figures produced by the App include machine estimates. We do not guarantee their accuracy. Please check them yourself and correct them where needed.
Calorie and nutrient figures are estimates. They are not for medical decisions or for diagnosing, treating, or preventing any condition. Consult a qualified professional for health decisions.
We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the App without prior notice. Features may become unavailable depending on external services (speech recognition, AI, payment infrastructure).
The App is provided as is. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the App, except where caused by our intent or gross negligence.
This does not apply where liability cannot be excluded under the Consumer Contract Act or other applicable law.
If we change these terms, the new version will appear on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute relating to the App.
